THANKS TO EVERYONE'S PRAYERS--THEY HAVE BEEN ANSWERED. Baby Girl is well and her skull is forming as normal. The indentations are gone! All of my blood work came back fine and the Dr. stated that everything looks great!
It was great having Mom and Dad there with me for support and to share in the incredible video of her moving around in my belly. It is so friggin' cute! She had her arms stretched way above her head in touchdown motion and had her feet above her head. She could touch her nose to her knee (see photo). It is amazing how flexible they are.

Ditto to everyone's comments. Oh my goodness that ultrasound is great!!! I love that pike position. Supposedly, that's how I came out when I was breech...and vaginally!
